I'm Anaya. I've spent four years handling scheduling, email and follow-ups for nonprofits and student orgs. I'm based in New York, on Eastern Time.
I'll be honest, I'm pretty new to political tech. I did voter registration on campus, and this month I started text banking for the midterms. Doing that made me want to understand the tech side of it.
What I like about Scale to Win is that the founders were organizers first. They used these tools, got frustrated with them, and built their own. That reminded me of starting SWE at my school with just 4 people. I really want to learn this industry and help however I can, and I think being an EA here is a good way to do that.
At NeuroTechX, I managed communication with 20+ university clubs and helped schedule events across the network.
I write outreach to funders, schools and partners for NeuroNYC and PIXL. I also handle donor info and budgets, so I know to keep things confidential.
I've tracked tasks in Asana, Jira, Taiga and GitHub Projects, and ran a team project from kickoff to delivery.
My classes are online, so I can work 12 to 4 PM ET every weekday. I'm on Slack and email the whole time, so I can get back to requests right away.
Tools I've used:
You're the executive. Text me what you need and see how I'd handle it.

Hi Jordan,
A conflict came up on Thursday, so Alex won't be able to make your 2:00 PM ET call. Sorry for the late change.
Would any of these times work instead?
Once you confirm, I'll send an updated invite with the same video link and agenda. Thanks for your flexibility.
Best,
Anaya Yorke
